Our registered address is just our business registration address for the online store. We always keep our commercial invoices from Chrome Hearts to prove that our products are real. We have had over 20 years of experience in the Chrome Hearts business and I can promise you personally we have seen all manner of experts and opinions, people saying fake product is real, real product is fake etc. Authentication by facebook groups and so called "experts" will often yield differing results due to the fact that Chrome Hearts items are hand-crafted and there are small differences between each product. There is also the concern that the item was damaged by the customer before returning. The refund took time because our policy is to usually not refund customers due to scammers attemtping to return fake items and keep the real one. Please search up on facebook chrome heart group for authentically check before buying with them. So, it's very suspicious and the authenticity of their products. Once I told them i will ask my friend in Japan to check out the Chrome World office for me, i instantly get reply and received email of my order being cancelled and issued me a refund. They claimed that they have several stores in Japan but when you search their address on google maps it just show some random houses with no sign board and their office is just empty warehouse. I waited patiently until next day when i contacted them again they say that office still haven't response on that. I contact their customer service immediately ask for refund but the customer service told me that need to wait for their office to give feedback on the order status. After I made an order I check through Facebook chrome heart groups many have proof that they sells fake products. This store claim that their products come direct from official USA Chrome Hearts store. Please legit check on Facebook chrome heart groups before buy!!!! Don't know what is happening with the company, but if they ever resume business, DO NOT buy anything from Chromeworld JP. Nomura Yori still hasn't replied to my emails to this day. No one replied so I went to their website to try the online chat, only to find out that the entire Chromeworld JP store is gone. I chased Nomura Yori through email again. Also, the courier alerted me for a final time saying that if I can't provide valid info before the 31st, the items will be disposed of, and I will be responsible for the daily handling fee since they can't get in touch with Chromeworld JP. 10 business days later (29th) I emailed them again because I still haven't received the second refund. Chromeworld JP took a few days to reply and said they were unable to contact the courier. The courier contacted me for the third time saying the same thing, so I emailed them again. The courier company contacted me for the second time and said they have yet to receive any information and that there is a handling fee of ¥600 Yen for each day of storage. They also sent a separate email saying that both refunds have been processed. Nomura Yori told me not to worry and that they will handle it. I contacted the courier company to find out why and asked for the required info from Chromeworld JP. When the items reached Japan, they were stuck at customs due to insufficient info. I complied with their request to list the items as $20 USD for customs. Nomura Yori provided an address and contact located in Japan. I returned the items within 2 days of notification. I asked for a refund and they obliged, I received one of the refunds about 2 days after. I never received anything other than order confirmation and shipping information. Their correspondent - Nomura Yori explained that their "warehouse" is actually in Hong Kong and they had sent an email prior explaining why. I contacted them via email and their online chat to ask why the items were shipped from Hong Kong. That's when I started to have doubts about the authenticity of the items. When I received the items, I found out they were sent from Hong Kong. I'm located in Hong Kong and made 2 purchases, the first on 15 November 2022 and the second on 26 November 2022.
